FAQ'S

Can I rent the White robin for events other than weddings?

Yes! We would love to host anything you want to celebrate. Anniversaries, Birthdays, Baby showers, Family parties, Corporate events, Banquets, you name it. We want to be a part of the fun!

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

Event's may be paid in full upon booking, otherwise we require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remaining 50% due one week before the event.

MAY I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY RESERVATION?

Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to help you find a date that will work, however you may loose your deposit if we are unable to reschedule an event for the original day.

 Sadly we can't control the weather, but we will do everything we can to make things run as smoothly as possible in case of inclement weather.

CAN I USE MY OWN VENDORS?

Absolutely! Although we do not provide decorating or catering services, we do have decor and center pieces to choose from in our add ons. You're welcome to hire whoever you feel is the best fit for you and your event! If you would like a list of our preferred vendors, let us know in your contact form!

IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED AT THE WHITE ROBIN?

Yes! There is a $300 non refundable alcohol fee, if your caterer is providing the alcohol, they will need to have an alcohol license. If you are providing alcohol to your guests free of charge, then no license is required.

This number may vary depending on how you set up in the white robin barn and/or the adjacent yard area. It may also depend on the kind of  event you have. We have seating for 150 guests. More if standing. Come take a tour and see if we are a good fit!

Yes. All setup, takedown, and cleanup needs to take place within the rental period. This includes your vendors.

Yes! We have the space and the electrical capabilities to set up either of these in the White Robin Barn.

I really wanted the white barn look, and I LOVE how Ne'Cole not only helped our vision come to life, but was amazing at making out whole day flow! I wish I could relive our wedding day so I can be back at this gorgeous venue!
